Reset Account Password

In order to reset your password, follow the “Setting Up My Account” instructions. Pretend as if you’re a first-time student and walk through the process of setting up a new password for your account.

REMEMBER, it can take up to 15 minutes for your new password to sync across all systems.

If you’ve tried to login three consecutive times and wasn’t successful, you may have locked your account.

Submit a help desk ticket with Request field set to “Non-Moodle issues” and Request Type field set to “Login (All System)” if you’re still having trouble. The ITS Department will assist you.
